On July 14, 2023, Mr. Anthony Orais Leuterio, Founder of Filipino Homes from the Philippines invited Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President, Agency for Real Estate Affairs (www.area.co.th) to join at speak at his ASEAN Real Estate Summit held at the Amari Watergates Bangkok, Thailand. There were around 450 participants who are top salespersons of FilipinoHomes.com, leading developers, and investors.
Today, FilipinoHomes.com is one of the largest brokerage firms in the Philippines which has around 4,000 full-time salespersons (brokers or agents). Mr.Leuterio said that he would organize this annual event again next year and will bring altogether 2,000 participants from the Philippines. Perhaps, we can jointly do something with him.
